Refund policy
Returns:
We trust that you are happy with your purchase.
If for some reason you change your mind, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this we can no longer accept a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We understand that you may need to try on an item, however, we recommend that items are tried on indoors on your clean pup to avoid being soiled. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a gift voucher for the same value and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we are unable to offer free return shipping, buyers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Disclaimer: No products are indestructable, the owner has the responsibility to check for wear and tear and the suitability of the product for their Pet.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
