How much is shipping?

NZ Shipping

North Island and South Island standard tracking service shipping (non-signature) with NZ Post is $7.95. We offer free shipping when you spend over $100 in a single NZ order.

Can I return my purchase?

We trust that you are happy with your purchase.  

If for some reason you change your mind, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  After this we can no longer accept a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.  We understand that you may need to try on an item, however, we recommend that items are tried on indoors on your clean pup to avoid being soiled.   We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a gift voucher for the same value and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note that we are unable to offer free return shipping, buyers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.   We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

How do I care for my products?

All of our products are made from quality and durable materials that can be easily cleaned.  They are all machine washable, however, in order to expand the life of these products, spot washing or hand washing would be the best option.  If machine washed, it is advisable to use a laundry bag to protect the hardware finish.

If handwashed, items can be soaked in luke warm soapy water and then rinsed.  Hang to dry in indirect sun light to prevent fading.  It is highly recommended not to use a dryer for drying garments.

 

How do I make sure I have the correct size?

Please measure your dog and carefully read the sizing guide for each specific product before placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to measure and we will not take responsibility for sizing issues. If you are unsure, please email us with your dog's neck and chest measurements before purchasing.
